An example of the planned design and interior of the finished school is shown below. A 3 classroom structure, with an office for the teachers and a storeroom. Constuction in Kortor started in March 2014. Today the school is complete and was ready for the start of the new school year on 1 September 2014.

There are a series of photos below showing various stages of consrtuction of the school. These photos were taken during our visits to Kortor in May 2013 and May 2014, as well as photos sent to us by Street Child.

The finished school will provide education for the children of Kortor, and 6 surrounding villages. 131 children are already registered. It is expected that this number will increase once the school is ready.
